Vinyasa Flow: Vinyasa flow links breath with movement in creative sun salutation sequencing & provides a whole body & breath yoga experience. Get ready to play, feel alive, stretched, toned & detoxified! Some yoga experience recommended, but not required.
Hatha Flow: An invigorating yoga class for refocusing your mind and rejuvenating your body. Practice traditional Hatha yoga poses in a flowing sequence to energize your body and relax your mind. A wonderful way to brighten the rest of your day!
Hatha/Vinyasa Combo: These classes are flowing and intuitive, and sequenced with intention. These classes are therapeutic and challenging, and suitable for all levels.
Restorative: A relaxing, meditative practice that uses props to support the body to fully release into seated and reclining postures for longer periods of time. The postures encourage passive stretching through the use of props for total relaxation of the body and mind.
Vibrational Healing: In this class you will experience light stretching along with supportive positions and various means of vibrational healing, to assist in total relaxation. Using singing bowls and swinging chimes. All poses are non-contact. *please bring your own props, pillows, cushions, bolsters, blankies…*
Yin Yoga: Yin yoga is a slower paced, passive yoga in which poses are held for longer periods of time. It is a contemplative practice excellent for releasing the deepest tissues of the body, and calming the mind.
Kicked in the Asana: In this fast paced flowing class, strength, flexibility and stamina are all emphasized. This is a vigorous style of yoga that combines Power Yoga and strong Hatha Yoga flows and postures (asanas). Be prepared to sweat!
