Little Bit'a dis, a Litte bit'a dat Flow: These classes are flowing and intuitive, and sequenced with intention. These classes are therapeutic and challenging and suitable for all levels.
Restorative: A relaxing, meditative practice that uses props to support the body to fully release into seated and reclining postures for longer periods of time. The postures encourage passive stretching through the use of props for total relaxation of the body and mind.
Yin Yoga: Yin yoga is a slower-paced, passive yoga in which poses are held for longer periods of time. It is a contemplative practice excellent for releasing the deepest tissues of the body and calming the mind.
Meditative Yoga: Join us for a connection between mind, body & breath with an emphasis on being present on your mat. Breathwork focuses on therapeutic breathing techniques for healing, transformation & cleansing of the spirit. When focusing on our breath, our parasympathetic nervous system is activated causing a lowered heart rate, a sense of calm, a decreased release of stress hormones, reducing fatigue, increasing focus & concentration, and boosting energy, mood, self-confidence & compassion.
