Hot Vinyasa Flow: Vinyasa flow links breath with movement in creative sun salutation sequencing & provides a whole body & breath yoga experience. Get ready to play, feel alive, stretched, toned & detoxified! Some yoga experience recommended, but not required.
Hot Hatha Flow: An invigorating yoga class for refocusing your mind and rejuvenating your body. Practice traditional Hatha yoga poses in a flowing sequence to energize your body and relax your mind. A wonderful way to brighten the rest of your day!
Hot Vinyasa/Hatha Combo: These classes are flowing and intuitive, and sequenced with intention. These classes are therapeutic and challenging, and suitable for all levels.
Restorative Yoga: A relaxing, meditative practice that uses props to support the body to fully release into seated and reclining postures for longer periods of time. The postures encourage passive stretching through the use of props for total relaxation of the body and mind.
Bedtime Hatha: A cross between Hatha and Restorative designed to clear your mind, relax your body and help you let go of the day so you can fall asleep faster. Pyjamas optional.
Bend and Stretch: A blissfully gentle Hatha class designed to stretch out tension, release stress, and let go of negativity.
Yin Yoga: Yin yoga is a slower paced, passive yoga in which poses are held for longer periods of time. It is a contemplative practice excellent for releasing the deepest tissues of the body, and calming the mind.

Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Kate McCormick graduated from the University of Toronto and worked as a Physiotherapist in orthopaedics and sports injuries for much of her career. She has completed many post graduate courses in manual therapy and pain management. More recently Kates passion for women’s health has become her primary focus. She has completed training through Pelvic Health Solutions and treats both women and men for many pelvic health conditions. These include bowel and bladder dysfunction as well as pelvic pain. She also treats pregnant and post partum women.
Kate uses a holistic treatment strategy recognizing that each person is different and requires a unique approach that addresses all aspects of their lifestyle. She believes you deserve support that will let you live the life you deserve.
