Spring Equinox Retreat w/Lori&Shasha

Service Description

Come experience a 3 hour celebration of bringing in the next season. Just as nature renews this time of year, as do we. During this mini retreat, we will bathe in the Vibrations of the amazing @lotusshanti as she takes us through a healing session including chimes, drums, Tibetan and crystal bowls, and so much more!!! You will then be lead through a gentle restorative class with hands on adjustments. The use of essential oils will be used in the ways of opening our sinuses, taking in where this new scent brings you. We will meditate, we will release, we will share together in the ways of energy in a nicely heated room. We will end the time together with a session of journaling…taking time to write what may have been brought up during this retreat. Drinks and snacks will be served at the end, as we enjoy the final moments together before heading into this next season!!!
